Trout smoke

  1. Had some nice trout steak and fillets, decided to give em a smoke. took about 1 hr to get to temp. In a brine for 2 hrs first, dried for a few more, then into the smoke with a citrus rub.


  2. Nice finished product Slick Jack!   What is the recipe for your citrus rub?   Thank you.
