I used tropics dough recipe
and this filling:

Dough made and into fridge for an hour
Filling
caramelized onion
cooked mushroom
Combine mashed potatoes, onions and mushrooms filling complete
Roll Dough I went to the 4 thickness
cut circles
boil till float
cook some Jalapeno Cheddar Brats I made last month and froze
Dinner!
Took me about 3 hours to punch out 30ish perogi and froze half
Thanks tropics for the inspiration! My family will never eat pierogi from the store
