Drinks Dinner Desert!

Wired up the mini with KFB and cherry. 160 pit temp. Seven bone roast, marinated for two days in Black Butte Porter and worchestershire. 2 hours of low temp TBS, then into the Cream can for two hours.

Desert. A shout out to Cowgirl, this is her apple dumpling recipe. Amped up though. I like to sauté the apples in butter and Captain Morgans and butter.

WOW.   Love it.

Now I need a can cooker.

Them dumplings?     Done on the smoker?
 
Are the apples stuffed with anything??

These just had some additional butter added. All the slices were sautéed in butter and Capt M. They all were seasoned with cinnamon and sugar. You could stuff them. We do baked apples all the time camping and stuff with marshmallows.
 
One note the Captain Morgans adds a nice flavor to the apples! When we do baked apples we always add a shot to the cored out apples, Yumm!
