Off to a good start! Pub Beer from Ten Barrel here in Bend Oregon!

Mini-WSM, cherry and Kingsford Blue. Savory Spice shop Mt Massive seasoning. Fat trimmed off, but laid back on top during the cook. 275* smoke chamber.

Sorry no plated pics last night!

You were too busy playing with your new smoker, that's how you missed it!! Those sticks looked awesome!

I have looked at Scarbelly's Java rib but not used it. I have used Coffee on steak though.

  8. Dave,

I live in Virginia and can find TriTip at Costco's (not all the time but some of the time).

I don't know if they ship different "stuff" to Virginia and Georgia but, that's the only place I can find it here!

    Cheers,

    Scott

    It was Triliciuos!!!
    Thanks Bill it was!
Thanks Scott! I smoke one a week. The key to good tri tip is to not overcook them and let them rest before slicing. I have started trimming the fat caps off prior to seasoning and like them even more!
