Tried chickens again

  2. They were mighty good too marinated them all night and poked holes throughout the chicken so the rub would penetrate the skin and lifted the skin and rubbed too got all the flavor I wanted smoked it with pecan wood too

  5. Thanks I took everyone's advice from last time and it helped a lot flavor wise. Now time for some bigger and better meats
     
  6. there is alot of people or friends here with alot of experence. that is willing to share. thanks you for all that help, expecially the help you fellows have given me, iam forever thankful.
