Picked up seasoned Tri-tips at the store, smoked them for 1 hour and turned them up to 325 til done medium(150). Used my remote thermometer, which has been the best investment since buying my Treager.

I have a hard time even finding TT where did you get them already seasoned? What type of pellets did you use anything else to add smoke flavor I hear the pellet munchers can benefit from more smoke flavor.
