So I am in a little bit of a pickle. I cant decide on whether to get the XL or the Whole hog from Louisiana. I like the dual pots on the XL being closer together because I know with a little tinkering I can get even heat throughout but I like how you can seperate the louisiana into two separate cookers. I am still worried about the quality of the traegers as many people say they aren't that great anymore and I am not to keen to the idea of no smoke stack and just whole on the Louisiana. Anyone cook on both of these and can throw in your 2cents. Money isn't an issue as my team sponsors will be paying for it. They may be willing to purchase a Myron Mixon 48 but I wanted something that would be easier to control at cook sites since I would have two other smokers with me.
