I finally traded up from my electric brinkman to a propan Char-Broil. I put it together today and just from some test temperature runs i did, im very pleased with the ability to gain temps and hold temps very well. Im very excited about this new smoker. I tested some with the baffle and the control knob and got a couple settings i wrote down to hold certain temps by the setting of the control knob and the amount of the baffle being open. Anything special i should know about propane smokers for a this electic smoker guy? Im going to do some more rabbit soon, so ill post some Q-view when i do it.
