Hi all:  Very new to smoking.  Hubby wants an electric one for Christmas.  So far, I am looking at Masterbuilt 40" but I am certainly open for suggestions.  We live in the Missouri Ozarks so we get occasional weather if that makes a difference.  Thanks!
