Here is a Top Round i plan on smoking for supper.

planning on cooking to 130-135 deg. at 250 with my new Pitmaster pellets. I have it in fridge doing its thing for an hour or so.
after the hour rest under tinfoil
it came out great made some sandwiches out of it today sorry no pics of that.
