Top Round Roast

    Had the smoker all warmed up with the salmon, so decided to do a roast.

    Awesome!!!

    I'm thinking-----A small pile of that stuff on a roll, with horse radish----------

    Then dip it into some nice hot Au Jus !!!!!!  MMMMMmmmmmmm..........

    Some call it French Dip, but I'd rather not.
