I'm going to make some kabonosy and not sure what to make with the other leftover meat yet. $2.19/lb is the best I can do up here in the willywacks,got one loin and one boneless butt. here's 4.4 #'s of primo pork and 6.6 #'s of pork trim/fat mixed with cure,salt and sugar for a rest tonight for the kabonosy.Kept separate for 2 different grinds in the am. here are some scraps for the ermine(weasel) who lives in the garage and keeps the mice out of my deer food Stuffing and smoking tomorrow, thanks for looking !
