Tonights dinner

    Quick little smoke for dinner. I just bought a small sirloin roast and cut it in half. I kept it simple with just garlic and sea salt and chucked it on the smoker with as usual cherry wood.  We picked apples today so I ended up getting crazy and putting some apple slices on top to see what it would do.

    this was quick simple and thrown together last minute and we are just going to have some salad with it and ill get you some finished pics later.

    this was a quick cook and wish i had the time to leave it in the smoker a couple more hours at a lower temp instead of cranking it up to finish it quicker. but all in all it was very good.

    Apples do much for it? Looks like it was tasty.

    i dont think so but they were not in there that long so maybe next time it will work
