Tomorrows dinner menu

  1. Plan on getting up at 1:30 am so the smoker is ready by 2 . Making a 10 lb. Boston butt with Todd's BIG BALD BBQ RUB from Jeff's book. Also have 2 racks of baby backs , going on at about 1 pm with same rub. Side will be CHRISTI'S CHEESY TATERS and dessert is SMOKED APPLE PIE. Will try to post as many Qviews as possible.
