I cooked a corned beef point Sunday...

Sliced it....

Diced it (and some onion)

Threw it all (and some potatos) on the griddle on the gasser - just didn't feel like cooking in the house...

After about 15 - 20 minutes we had this...

I got a much better meat to potato ratio going this time around...

I am looking forward to breakfast tomorrrow....

For tonight's dinner, I sliced up some of the cheese I smoked Sunday - pretty nice...

Thanks for looking!

That's one great looking breakfast! Thanks for posting.

Awesome. That hash will be great with a couple of sunny side up eggs on top so the yolk can run down through all that goodness.

The cheese looks tasty too.

Very nice looking hash, some of those pics really drive the message home. Congrats.

Nows thats a good breakfast there elly Mae. We love to make and cure our own corned beef and you can bet that there is some going to corned beef hash in this house.

I wonder how it would work if that was put through a grinder using a coarse grinding plate???? Anyone ever tried that????
