Some time ago Todd, y@TJohnson, posted a recipe for a Bourbon glaze for chicken. It's great. Well, about a month ago I was fixen up a bunch of chicken legs to take to my classic car club meeting and I thought I'd try something. I was prepping the drumsticks in batches of ten buy running them through my vacuum tumbler with different marinades. I made a batch of todds glaze only didn't cook it down and used that. There wasn't quite enough liquid, so a added a little more booze. They turned out great and I will definitely do that again!
