did a rack of spare ribs, a family pack of pork chops, a fatty, some ABTs, and some little smokies.

here is some Qview. first, just after insertion into the smoker. second, ribs 3 hours in. third, ABT's and little smokies. fourth, pork chops finished. and last but not least, some of that lovely TBS.

the pork chops were delicious. i made ABT's out of some TAM milds and some sweet banana peppers i got out of my bro's garden, stuffed with a slice of pepperoni and cheddar. i also did the requisite fatty (JD Sage). enjoy!!

good job my friend. Terry

thanks everyone for the encouragement. my wife liked the chops, but still prefers them fried. some day i will smoke something she likes that way instead of in the oven/on the stove (besides brisket and beans).
