Got some details of your smoke?

Temp, time.........etc?


 we were putting a roof on our shed so they cooked long and slow Did 3 hours with smoke than foiled them with apple juice and let them go another 3 hours and than took them out of foil and BBQ Sauced them and let them go for another hour 1/2 Temp was around 200-225
