Well today I decided to fill up my smoker, as much stuff as I could fix. So on my menu today...
2 Butts
1 Pork Loin
3 racks of spares
3 racks of baby backs
1 Brisket (actually cooked it last night)
10 boneless chicken breasts
30 Wings
3 Steaks

Sides:
Coleslaw
Baked (smoker) potatoes

Started the butts at midnight last night, one is done, one needs just a little bit longer. Everything else is still on. Having about 7 people over to eat all that, lol and watch the UT vs. UCLA football game. Will post pictures in a bit.

Sounds like a great smoke

Looks to be quite a meal but I think you left out something that everyone will need if only 7 people eat all that...

ALKA Seltzer ...

My Father was 6'10 and he was from Tenn and even played for the vols. But even him and his 7 brothers and 5 sisters could not eat that much food. Are you sure that the whole tenn. vols aren't coming over to eat before the game.

What can I say guys, I like to cook. But the way it looks right now, I'm gonna have some great left overs for the next week.

If you're gonna fire up the pit and spend the time you may as well make it worth your while. Sounds like a great menu!

That's the way i smoke allmost every time. If i'm going to spend the time at the pit i might as well do a bunch for the freezer. vacum seal the leftovers and it sure is nice to not have to cook after work.

Here's some pictures of the food. You never know if your friends are lying about your food being good, until they go back for 2nd's and well 3rd's and then a midnight snack after a four hour cornhole tournament!

I would propose that you change your handle, as you are obviously no rookie. That's one hell of a great looking spread. I love the rig, too. The only real drawback I can find with my NB offset is the fact that the thing is too doggone small!

I have to agree with foxmid, that is some fine looking Q and one helluva smoker for a Rookie, I think you are just teasing us...

Thanks guys. I appreciate it! I don't think I'm any professional, I just like to cook. I'm sure I'm still a rookie compared to some, lol. I just put that smoker on a 16ft trailer, did have it on a 10ft, so now their is even more room for expansion. I have a chicken bbq for church next weekend and now one of my friends wants me to cook for his dad's 50th birthday in two weeks. I may have gotten in over my head, haha.
