hey you all ....i added some gauges to my oklahoma joe and i wanted to see how much of a difference of temp would be on each end and decided to do a Salmon during the process....did a quick 3 hr rub with weber southern whisky rub with a little oil and added some brown sugar.....
about 250 for 3 or so hours with apple , pecan......then glazed the last 30 min using good maple syrup.....
man this really turned out very good....but i think next time i will add real whisky to the rub mix and let it sit overnight then smoke would probably be better...thanks for looking at my smoke
