Nice looking ribs, did you sauce or rub them? I just heard of Moinks last week and they are now on the short list of smoke TODO's.
I rubbed them before they went in. I usually do dry, but this time I sauced them.

How did the saucing before they went on compare to dry rubbed? Only done dry rubbed myself.
