    Three baby backs, two chickens, and some pit beans from a recipe I found here!

    I still haven't tried smoking a batch of pit beans. How hard could it be?

    Not too hard, mostly the prep work, which took about a half hour. The juice is worth the squeeze!

    Now for the tough part,. I have to sit out here all morning and smoke cigars while I mind the smoker!

    No smoking for me today, there's a big bunch of rain about 2 hours away. I want to show the six-year-old how to make breakfast sausage. I'm sure he hasn't seen that.

    Nice looking meats, and those beans are gonna be great with those drippings in them. Nice start-keep the pics coming!
