Todays Atlantic Salmon Hickory for smoke

  1. The local supermarket has Atlantic Salmon on sale this week so it's what is on the smoker!!! This is the first batch w/hickory b4 & After pix next up maple smoked! oops busted there's a piece missing!!!!!!!![​IMG][​IMG]

    Looks good, I have been wanting to do some Salmon for some time.
     
  3. Looks awesome! What was your time and smoker temp?
     

  4.  I set it just under the 175 mark and leave it go for 3 hours I only seem to get the nice color from Hickory wood with all others it is way lighter. The Hickory smoked is my favorite

    It looks amazing i love salmon if you got leftovers you can do a great pate with butter and cream.
