Today on, as the charcoal smokes.....

  1. doing a small Boston Butt a couple ABTs and green pepper boats. the green peppers are cream cheese, italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzerella, onion, garlic. insired by the italian sausage hoagies i used to get in Philly when i was stationed at the shipyard.[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    It looks great.  Love the idea with the Green peppers.  Gotta try that one.

    Everything looks great but those green peppers. I would have to try some other type of pepper. [​IMG]

    Now I'm with everyone else here and I love them stuffed green peppers. They look great and I wish I could taste one of those right now. I have just ate from Fresh market and the only thing fresh I think was the little lady on the cash resister. But I do know that I will be trying them really soon.
