Hi everyone! So I have successfully cured (and devoured) bacon I am now moving on to pork ribs for my second smoking adventure.
I have everything ready from the ribs to the sauce I made as well as the rub recipe I want to use.
I'm heading out of town tomorrow and will come back Sunday and want to start smoking it right away. Do I have to marinate or it would be fine? If I am really need to marinated can I put it in tonight or will it be too much to marinated between now and Sunday?
