I've been frying turkeys for the last 4 years that I've  injected w/a butter/ garlic & spice mixture & they always get great reviews.  What are ya'lls opinion? Is it better to inject a turkey or brine it for frying? Any recommendations on brining recipes for turkey? Any & all input will br greatly appreciated.
