Hey y'all, I ve been reading tips on  cooking pork roasts, but haven't seen specifically what temp is the best for an electric smoker and what to put on or in the roast before cooking, any ideas or tried and true recipes out there??? Thanks so much for any help. Bearpaw

Pork roast is not very specific, is it pork loin? Tenderloin? Or something else?

Sorry about getting back to you so late.

I cook pork loins, tenderloins and bone in pork roasts at 300°-325° until the internal temp hits 145°.I also like to use the apple rub found in this link, it's the third one in the post. Good Luck.
