Time to make the beast I want

I have been wanting a yoder smoker or similar for ages now....I live in Ireland and we don't use or have a stockist for any type of smokers with side fire boxes...

I have watched and drulled over American type smokers. I work in an engineering tool shop so I can build one myself.....and they are all round which makes fabrication costly.

So......I will copy the design, but in a hexagon shape....I can buy the 8mm sheet steel, water jet cut to size and weld the panels together.....should make all fabrication easier...

What ye think?

What about doing an upright vertical smoker that is insulated.

Hex shape will work well.... Here is a tutorial that has dimensions tools that makes a very good Reverse Flow smoker....
