Time for more chicken sausage

  1. It is with mixed emotions that I report we have eaten the last of the chicken, sundried tomato, garlic, basil, & mozzarella sausage. On the bright side there is more room in the freezer for more varieties of chicken sausage.

    The tomato held up pretty good being cooked then frozen & grilled.

  3. Yes high temp mozzarella. I am not a huge sun-dried dried tomato fan but these had great flavor.
