Hey everyone-
My name is Bentley and I live here in Dallas Texas. Im a huge fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and any sort of pork product that can be eaten...seemed like the name fit. Im 30 and have been cooking pretty much nightly since I was 15. It's a big passion of mine. I finally got a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker and have been lurking around on here for some great recipes. Christmas Day, I did a prime rib and NYE I did a pork shoulder, some brats, and a whole chicken that I had cut up. Needless to say, Im hooked, and this site has been an awesome resource so far. I look forward to learning and sharing a lot more on here, I'll try and get some pics of my first cpl of smokes up.
