BW - a nice long Brisket smoke is definitely in my sights, gotta find another weekend w/o plans to pull it off (so to speak).
Ron, legs tasted good, but were a hair on the dry side, probably would go with a marinade or brine next time to lock a little more moisture in. Overall, it was a good smoke.
