I just tossed a baked tater in the oven,looks like my early lunch turn red into a late one! I'll take some leftovers to work and keep the point for myself the wife isn't a fan of brisket really anything that's smoked to long her loss! Thanks again guys!
 
Thanks,CB. The rub wasn't bad but needed to go a little heavier never got any heat from it it's supposed to have a kick of space at the end it was a little sweet,which was good,but to little salt for my preference.
 
Thanks guys! 15 hours later it's resting for a few for lunch! I shut down the smoker and once it's cooled off we can see what's left for fuel never added any one kick around 5 this morning then I opened a second vent around 9:30-10:00 to finish it off. Pulled at 187 probed pretty good time will tell now!

That's awesome. One kick is definitely worth the overnight. I'll be curious to see how many coals are leftover.
