    Okay up at 5ish due to low temp alarm kick WSM ,check out SMF and :biggrin:go back to bed!

    Thanks it wasn't so bad! The Big Ron's rub was pretty good could of used more on the chunk seem light on salt and was expecting some heat may have better results on the packer.

    How low did the WSM get down too? Brisket chunk looks great. Finished product will look and taste even better.

    Thanks guys! 15 hours later it's resting for a few for lunch! I shut down the smoker and once it's cooled off we can see what's left for fuel never added any one kick around 5 this morning then I opened a second vent around 9:30-10:00 to finish it off. Pulled at 187 probed pretty good time will tell now!
