Just back from vacation but the BBQ blew:(. Time to fire up the WSM with KBB and cherry and pecan wood! Rubbed with some left over Famous Daves rib rub.
 
It should be good. Keep the pics coming. Also keep the lid closed or

Thx guys! Lid won't move till the mac and cheese and little smokies go on:). I'm cheating on the mac and cheese I thawed some Marie Callender's just to try it! Also have beans and a tater casserole going in the oven, should have bought the 22.5 WSM.

I have never heard anyone say they wish they had gone for the smaller smoker or grill. It sonds like you will be eating good in a little while.

Prep for the taters. Sour cream, 3 cheddar blend,bacon,green and white onion,cream of mushroom soup and some seasonings.
 
Thx, had some for lunch and about to have some for dinner!
