Just back from vacation but the BBQ blew:(. Time to fire up the WSM with KBB and cherry and pecan wood! Rubbed with some left over Famous Daves rib rub.

  2. It should be good. Keep the pics coming. Also keep the lid closed or [IMG].

    Happy smoken.

Thx guys! Lid won't move till the mac and cheese and little smokies go on:). I'm cheating on the mac and cheese I thawed some Marie Callender's just to try it! Also have beans and a tater casserole going in the oven, should have bought the 22.5 WSM.

  6. I have never heard anyone say they wish they had gone for the smaller smoker or grill. It sonds like you will be eating good in a little while.

    Happy smoken.

    The spread.
Pic of a half rack or so. Everything turned out tasty but none of us cared for the smoked mac and cheese.
