Thoughts on a Omcan SH001?

I have a line on a used model for 125$ but I can find very little info online. Can anyone chime in?

We like to do full racks if ribs and I'd like to do some chicken, ham and sausges.

Have you googled it... It's sold in restaurant supply stores.... looks like a very good unit.... insulated... 1000W burner.... can't tell what type of temp controls it has... I'd get it... it may need a thermostat added to it but they retail for $275 or close to that.... at the very least it is a very high end Big Chief which would be good also.....

With the 1000W burner, I'm thinking it HAS to have a temp control of sorts.......

I did but I couldn't find a single review. The seller says there's a temp knob just like an oven. I'm going to gonsee it tomorrow night.
