Thought I'd share a photo from yesterdays fun.

    These came out fantastic. Everyone loved them. 

    I smoked them for 5 hours at 220 deg. I used my pork rub and 

    moped with a mix of apple sauce and apple cider vinegar 

    every 30 min for the last 2 hours. I smoked them over apple

    wood.

    Yes, mighty fine looking ribs there. Bet they tasted as good as they looked.
