this weekends smoke.. pork butt and pizza fatty - qview

Pork butt is on the smoker... not my first go round with a pork butt. But my first try was my first smoke it turned out pretty darn good but skill wise it was a disaster! Lol getting a fatty ready to go on as well.

Pork butt details...
Injected with a mix of apple juice and rub. Then I gave it a honey mustard bath and a good coating of rub. I'm still new at this so I have yet to try to make my own rub. I mix a couple different store bought rubs and add brown sugar.

Fatty details...
Pork sausage...mozz cheese, Italian seasoning, mushrooms, and onions.

Forgot to take pics until now.. but will get some when i put the fatty on.
