So this weekend has came and went and I decided to make 10 pieces of smoked chicken breast with rib attached. Half was for some co workers and the other half was for the shredded chicken I made for dinner. The 1st pic is my homemade seasoning applied to the chicken. The 2nd pic was the cherry chips I used, 2 hand fulls at the 1st hour of smoke and another handfull at the 2nd hour. The 3rd is self explanitory... 4th is the finished chicken, half was for co workers and the other was for dinner And finally the finished product. It came out great, everyone in the family loved it.
