I live in Colorado, and have used only gas grills my whole life. and my grill died in april.

So I was surprised by my kids, with a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 grill for Fathers day. Of course we need to break it in, so I came here to find out a little about using the 4 different ways to cook on it.

the Searing grill- Should be good for steaks

the gas grill- for when I am in a hurry to cook burgers and dogs

the Charcol grill and the smoke box are new to my world, going to read, and grill a bunch, to fully grasp what they can do.

Thanks for being here for those of us, who are seeking wisdom.
