I am from Plainview,Texas. USA. I have a homemade stick burner that I haven't used in a while. Now, I mainly cook on a Traeger Texas Elite. I've had it about three years. I use Lumberjack pellets. Love bacon-wrapped anything. Pork and chicken is what I cook the most of. St. Louis style ribs are my personal favorite. I found this forum while looking for tips on smoking cheese.
