Thighs on mini UDS with q-view

  1. Brined thighs for about 4 hours and rubbed with brown sugar rub. Cooking @ 275 on my mini UDS. Should take 1.5 to 2 hours.
  2. Took them off and they look good.

    Those look great elkhorn, what did you use for a brine?

  4. Just 1/4 cup kosher salt to 1/2 gal water. And then a light rub. I don't like too much rub on thighs.

    Ok a straight up brine. Looks like a very nice bark you have going on there.
