  1. Hello,

    This would be my first post.  I was given an offset horizontal smoker, standard issued and I am going for it this weekend for the first time.

    My question is:  What type of thermometers does everyone use?  I am speaking of probes, wire sensors (meat temp and environment temp) and remote.
