I just wondered if anyone on here uses a Thermapen Superfast meat thermometer? It is a really handy digital probe quick reading thermometer. It gives you the internal temp in 3-4 seconds instead of 15-20 so you can get the lid shut and get back to cooking. I use it mainly for a big load of chicken halves, chicken parts, and meatballs. It is handiest and really shines for those things you have a bunch of and can't feasibly own enough or have enough wires and probes ran to. Also, having something this quick and easy to use we have found ourselves using it alot in the house as well. It has been very handy so far. It was part of my Christmas booty, so not much to report from here as far as durability other than it seems very well made and I am not disappointed so far. Thermoworks The Original Super-Fast is the model I have.
