Looks good Scotty! Will the little rascal hold a full packer brisket or do you have to find small ones? Also can this be used indoors? I' thinking of getting one for work.

I have been using only one of the 2 shelves.
The last brisket i bought was a bit over 11 pounda and if i cut it in half and used the 2 shelves it would fit.

I also have the other one that rival sent me when i complained about 1 screw being missing.

One day soon i will get 2 going at the same time and make use of my food saver to store the extra product.
