The Smoking Meat Addiction Program

    I'm new to smoking meat in smokers but I have some experience with open pit BBQ's. Cooking 200-300 lb. pigs on an open pit is expensive in both time and $$ so it never became an issue with my "addictive personality" (I prefer to think of it as an enthusiastic personality!!),

    BUT since Xmas when I was given a GS30D by my wife I AM HOOKED[​IMG]. I have come up with a "Smoking Meat Addiction 4 Step Program" to help me cope with this new addiction of mine.

    Step 1) Get some meat-buy, borrow or kill

    Step 2) Smoke meat

    Step 3) Eat meat

    Step 4) Repeat as necessary to satisfy the need

    I'm finding that this works well for me although I actually have a Step 5) Remember to take cholesterol meds at supper.

    I hope this helps anyone that needs it. Gotta go rub my meat so it will be ready for smoking later[​IMG].  I'll try to post some Qview later if I can get one of my kids to explain how to get the pics out of the phone and into the laptop.

    Nice looking piece of meat ya got there!! I've always been a subscriber to the double tap to center mass theory for 2 legged critters and the 1 shot-1 kill for the 4 legged ones. [​IMG]  Gun control is being able to hit your target[​IMG]
