The science behind smoking.

  1. HI all.

       I have been an avid smoker for a little while now, and recently something hit me. I want to try to figure out the right combinations of flavors, and what smoke goes great with those flavors, and all the sci-ency stuff that goes along with it. I'm having a hard time finding any place to research this stuff up, mainly because everywhere i look it's just throw it on the smoker and put some wood in ( very blunt)

    So my question to ya'll is , do you have any links to the science of smoking / flavors? Or any of your personal experiences? Thanks and God bless.
