Does anyone have experience with The Orion Cooker. A friend recommended it and the reviews look good, but the cooking times are a lot shorter than other smokers. Can I get a good smoke in the meat using this cooker? Is there a way to lower the temperature to increase the smoke time?

Thanks.

I've never used one, but I am curious as to how they actually work.  There are some threads here about them, if you just enter Orion into the search bar at the top of the page, you'll come up with some answers to your questions.  Hope this helps.

Thanks. I didn't realize there was a search bar there because it is dark. I read the reviews you mentioned and it looks like a good unit for me to start with.
