Hello All,
I just recently joined this forum. I have been smoking for about three weeks. I spent some quality time today with my smoker and this is what we turned out. Long day, but very tasty. Also there were a few taters that disappered before I could get a picture!!

Welcome to SMF! I'm a long time veteran of 4 days... how come I get so hungry when I'm on here? :) Your pix look great!
 
We had some tuna fish in the fridge so I mixed that with onions & jalapenos. On top of that some cheddar cheese with a sprinkle of cayane and basil. They were very tasty, but next time I want to use Italian sausage!!
