Hello to all y'all smokers! Thats right I said Y'ALL, that's coming straight out of the Heart O Dixie. RTR! Alrite enought of that. Well here goes I'm as the Title said " the new guy" and I do mean the new (GREENHORN). I love anything that has to do with cooking over a open flame or soon to be smoke. Yep you read that right " soon to be smoke" . I have yet to put anything on my home built 55Gal. reverse flow smoker (sad I know) but thats why I'm here. My mouth and mind are watering to get stated. So here's to smokin.
